Spinal Cord Injury Hub
Peer-Led Resources for Life After Hospital
A spinal cord injury brings a lot of questions.
What happens next? What support is available? What do you need to know right now, and what can wait?
This hub is here to help. Whether you're newly injured, supporting someone who is, or further along in your recovery, you'll find information on a wide range of topics related to spinal cord injury, along with links to useful resources and services.
About the Hub
This hub was developed in 2026 through a project led by PhD Candidate Georgie Edwards from Adelaide University during a placement with the estara team.
The content was identified and created by estara staff, clients and community members with lived experience of spinal cord injury, with support from our clinical team. Through a co-design process, we worked together to ensure the information is practical, relevant and meaningful for people living with spinal cord injury, as well as their families, carers and supporters.
This is a community resource, and we are committed to keeping it useful and up to date. If you have feedback, notice any information that needs updating, would like to suggest a topic, or would like to share how the hub has helped you, we would love to hear from you. Please get in touch via the feedback form.
