At estara, our pricing is guided by the NDIS Pricing Arrangements, which sets the price limits that registered providers can charge NDIS participants for specific supports. estara will not charge you more than what is permitted under these pricing arrangements, and where possible we will endeavour to charge for services at a reduced rate, allowing you to extend the utilisation of your personal funding.
You will be provided with the details of our service charges prior to commencing support with us and will be notified upon any revisions to those rates thereafter.
The NDIS Pricing Arrangements also provides information on the current (and previous) price limits for each support item and indicates which claim types (travel, non-face-to-face, etc.) apply for each price-limited support item.

The NDIS provides funding which supports those living with disabilities to achieve greater independence and quality of life, reach personal goals, manage daily living tasks, and build capacity across all areas of life.

The NDIS funding is for people living with a permanent disability or spinal cord injury. The disability may be physical, intellectual, cognitive, neurological, visual, auditory or psychosocial.
It is not available where a person has a temporary impairment.

If your NDIS plan includes driver assessment and training for vehicle modifications that relate to a spinal cord injury or other disability, then modifications and equipment may be covered.
You can access driver training and occupational therapists who are experts in modified vehicle set-up as part of our specialised services offering.
