Welcome to the estara Board: Jacki Done and Prue Reid
estara is delighted to welcome two new Board Directors, Jacki Done and Prue Reid, who joined the Board in June 2026. Between them, they bring decades of leadership, governance and legal expertise that will help guide estara's future.
Jacki Done brings more than 25 years' experience across the for-purpose, local and state government, and private sectors. Her background spans executive leadership, strategic planning, business improvement, workforce performance, quality and organisational change.
Jacki has a proven track record of delivering results in complex, multi-divisional organisations. She's passionate about building great workforce experiences through strong leadership, positive culture, professional development, and genuine connection and belonging.
Jacki is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and brings substantial board experience to the role. She also holds Certificate Membership with the Australian HR Institute, along with accreditations in change management, facilitation and executive coaching.
Prue Reid’s career has taken her down several different paths. She spent about 10 years working as a nurse before heading to university to complete an Arts degree and a Law degree. From there, Prue worked in private law firms for 10 years and at the Crown Solicitor's Office for 3 years, before moving into the Department for Health and Wellbeing. There, she held roles as Director and Executive Director of the Legal and Governance unit and the Governance Advisory Services.
Prue brings estara a wealth of knowledge in governance, law, risk, and strategic thinking, along with a strong operational background in large organisations.
Outside of work, Prue attends weekly painting classes, volunteers at the Art Gallery of South Australia, stays active, and spends time with her large extended family and friends. Prue has life-long lived experience and is passionate about enriching the lives of people with disability.
Jacki and Prue's combined skills in governance, law, strategy and workforce leadership will strengthen estara's Board as we continue to grow and support our community. Please join us in welcoming them.
