Be part of new brain training research

Our friends at Adelaide & Flinders Uni are trialling a new cognitive training program for people with spinal cord injury using the NeuroOrb gaming system, and they are looking for participants to join the study.

What does the project involve?

Session 1

MRI, questionnaires & cognitive assessments at SAHMRI (~3 hours). Flexible times & dates available.

Intervention

3 hours/week on our novel gaming system for 4-weeks from the comfort of your own home.

Session 2

MRI, questionnaires & cognitive assessments at SAHMRI (~3 hours).

For time and contribution, participants will receive a voucher up to $350 upon completion of the study.

Participation requirements

Participants must:

  • Be over 18 years of age

  • Have experienced a spinal cord injury over 12 months ago

  • Have no prior diagnosis of serious brain disorders or learning disability
