Sports Wheelchairs

Specialised wheelchairs designed for sport, offering the stability and manoeuvrability standard chairs don't. Ideal for trying a new sport or attending a come and try session.

Boccia Sets

A full boccia set, ready to use. This set is great for individuals, groups, or come and try sessions. No experience needed, just grab a set and start playing.

Optional ramp available.

Sandpiper Beach Chair

An all-terrain beach wheelchair built to move easily over sand, giving wheelchair users full access to the beach and water's edge.

A smaller version of the Sandcruiser, purpose-built for kids and smaller adults. It uses the same soft, all-terrain balloon wheels to move easily across sand, grass and uneven ground, but in a lighter, more compact frame suited to younger or smaller users. A great way for kids to get out onto the beach and join in the fun alongside everyone else.

Sandcruiser Beach Chair

An all-terrain beach wheelchair built for adults, with oversized balloon wheels designed to glide smoothly over sand, grass and gravel.

Its stainless steel frame is tough and corrosion-resistant, standing up well to salt, sand and regular use. With a stable, comfortable seat and easy-to-manoeuvre wheels, it gives wheelchair users the freedom to head down to the water's edge and enjoy the beach with confidence.

Mobi-Chair® Floating Beach Wheelchair

This is a floating beach wheelchair with buoyant wheels and armrests, letting you roll straight from the sand into the shallows and float comfortably in the water. Its the only floating beach wheelchair tested and approved under Australian standards (AS/NZS).

Assembly is simple and it is easy to transport, the beach wheelchair frame chair folds down similar to an ironing board.

Perfect for cooling off on a hot day at the beach.

Paragolfer

An all-terrain golf chair that opens up the game to golfers with limited mobility.

It allows the golfer to come to an upright standing position using remote controls. The Paragolfer can be driven across the course and holes, with wide wheels to protect the green. A golf bag easily attaches to the Paragolfer.

The Paragolfer can be used on the course, or in the driving range.

Our team of Occupational Therapists have years of hands-on experience in para-sport, and we are passionate about helping individuals find the perfect equipment fit for their needs.

From sports wheelchairs, hand cycles, paddleboard seating and racing chairs, getting the right fit will offer numerous benefits, including greater mobility, speed, and agility for athletes.

Occupational Therapists can help identify and tailor suitable equipment and assist with funding applications or assessments.

Do you have sporting equipment to donate?

We accept donations of used wheelchair sports equipment and adaptive sporting equipment, giving it a second life within our community. If you have equipment you no longer use, we'd love to take a look. Depending on its condition, we may be able to repurpose it for someone who couldn't otherwise afford the equipment they need, pass it on to other community projects, or add it to our pool of equipment used at come-and-try events and other sessions.
